As the true vegetarian mac and cheese connoisseur that I am, I would not dare order this so-called “6-time winning” Mac and... cheese again. The spiral noodles were cooked Al dente.. granted, a good start. However, where this restaurant takes a hard rightturn over a steep mountain pass is with its ultimately lackluster cheese roux. It lacks a rich buttery flavor (that we Mac andcheese enthusiasts know and love). The cheese while aged, tastes like what I’d imagine a well-worn pair of socks would after ahard day of labor. Great dining experience! Wonderful and quick custome service. Nice atmosphere. Recommend the steak frites and obviously the mac... & cheese. I also had the Ships Wheel cider and really enjoyed it. Look forward to dining here again. Read more

As Entree we ordered Mac& Cheese with trufflemushrooms and I should say it’s the best Mac & Cheese we ever tasted. You have some options to add to your Mac&Cheese, but theone I choose it’s an outstanding suggestion. My wife chose the Cedar Plank Salmon that was very good. My son also choseMac&Cheese for kids. The cocktails, cinnamon toast and I need a coffee, we’re fantastic ????. The portion of Mac n cheese with bacon was so good... and my hubby loved the taste (had to take some home). The sweet potato fried chicken and waffle had just the right amount ofkick and the taste was delicious! We sat in the tent area with shade and a fan circulating air which was perfect! The service was excellent! I felt the food was delicious and filling, I even had to take some home which I don't usually... do. Still, I don't feel it's worth the price. Their "prized" mac n' cheese isn't that great. Lewis BBQ has better. It wasn'tbad, it just wasn't award winning imo. The food as a whole was something you could get somewhere else, like maybe tattooedmoose, for cheaper. I'd recommend people go at least once to judge for themselves. Super bummed about having to give this review! I so wanted to like this place! First we were out out in the tent and it was... moldy and the sea cushions were dirty and moldy. My salad was under whelming and the steak was cold when I got it. Lots of thelettuce was wilted and dark. I just expected more. Our waitress never refilled our drink and we were left to wait for ourcheck. A neighboring table actually grabbed their waiter to get ours bc we sat for so long.
