I'm actually in your restaurant as we speak. I've had horrible customer service in the past, but this place takes the cake. If... you're unhappy with your job of choice you should find something else to do. The young ladles in this store seem to be veryunhappy, it shows in the way they treated me. Last time I'll ever visit this location. If they treat everyone the way I wastreated, guaranteed you won't be in business long good luck. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Ordered a pizza online at around 8:15pm. At 9:07 pm, Christopher began ?checking? the order.... Then by 9:50pm, I called the store. I asked what the status of the delivery was. Some female employee was asking someone elsewhat the status was, laughing, and never told me. Then she hung up the phone on me. I immediately called back, and the samething happened again, only this time, she managed to tell me they were short staffed after someone else told her to say that.Laughed at me again, and hung up the phone. I called back a third time, spoke with a gentleman who apologized and said that hesent that employee home and said a driver would arrive to pick up the order in about 3 minutes. That was at 10:01 pm. I let moretime go by and I call again at 10:36 pm, and he said the driver had the order and should be there shortly. As of right now, it?s10:52 pm. No pizza. The tracker app shows the driver STILL 12 minutes away, but he?s been parked at the huddle house for thelast 25 minutes so I have no hope. THREE HOURS AND NO PIZZA. This is the most ridiculous customer service I think I have everexperienced. I?m going to go to sleep and wake up with a stale, bug infested pizza on my porch at this rate. If I could ratenegative stars I would. Paying me for my wasted time at this point would be the only satisfactory solution. Read more

My family and I came in from out of town for a family emergency and ordered pizzas through the mobil app at 9:30 pm. I got a... notification at 9:53 that the pizzas were out of the oven and going through quality check. At 10:30, I still haven't received anotification that my pizzas were out for delivery, so I called the store to check on them, they told me it would still beanother 20 minutes before my pizzas would be delivered. At 11:03, I was notified that the driver left the store and my pizzaswere finally delivered at 11.15. My pizzas sat there at the store, ready, for over an hour before they left the store anddelivered to me, cold. I understand that sometimes things happen, but they could have offered a free 2 liter, breadsticks,refund some of my money back, remake my pizzas so they'd be hot or something for the inconvenience they put me through. This wasdefinitely the worse pizza delivery experience I've ever been through. Read more

Honestly these dudes are always on time and they make a damn good game day pizza - just get it without garlic crust. 5/5 when it... comes to a ?fast food pizza? rating. Multiple experiences having extremely long delivery times and this store rarely answers the phone. Today was my last straw.... Called to simply cancel my order, because after 40 minutes it wasn?t even in the oven yet, and was told ?she didn?t know how todo this?. Asked to be put on hold to get someone to cancel and refund. I am sorry I have to erase one good review to put up a bad one, but there?s nothing more annoying then requesting something and... for the staff to completely ignore you based on the information given. Which was I requested the staff to simply switch myorder from delivery to pick up. The money difference didn?t matter to me. I just wanted my bf to eat. And I wasn?t going to wait45-50 mins when I live down the street. But it?s a shame to call ahead and explain to the staff who doesn?t listen and don?tcare, that they voided out your transaction to have to redo another transaction let alone say all my card information out loudbecause as I stated I just wanted my food and I ordered online. IT WAS ALREADY PAID?!?!? But it?s okay this location has seen mymoney for the last time. And for the girl with the pink hair and the bad attitude. Traveling thru, ordered my pizza and picked up at the business. Pizza was made to order hot and fresh. Staff was very... professional inside. Didn't want to chance a horrible delivery experience after reading previous reviews. My kids really enjoyedthe pizza! 5???? Read more
