Excellent first experience. I ordered a drink (the immune delight) and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour. The... ingredients appear to be high quality and the drink was delicious. Yummy & healthy smoothies and a lovely staff. I had initially posted a concern and deducted 2 stars because I thought they were... using plastic disposable cups and plates. Eucalyptus responded letting me (and now you) know their serving ware is made ofbiodegradable cornstarch. This is fantastic news. They also let me know they offer washable/reusable glasses and plates forfolks who dine in and will strive to make the choice more apparent. Asking customers if they prefer biodegradable serving wareor real glasses/plates is a great way to increase awareness of the larger issue of single use plastics and excellent P.R. forEucalyptus. I really like this store. I stopped by Eucalyptus for a specific product, but I found, instead, a delightful health shop,... stocked with a full range of the quality foods and supplements I've come to expect from such outlets (the good ones, anyway).Plus, there was a wonderful little "elixir bar" set up, with all kinds of goodies on offer (though, not having tried any, Ican't comment on the elixirs beyond saying that they sounded tempting). However, what I enjoyed most about the store was thewoman working there, who, besides being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, was kind enough to load me up with discounts andfree samples (and, because it was Earth Day, some complimentary alkaline water for the trip home). Rarely have I had such aresoundingly positive experience, at a health-food store or anywhere. In the end, I got what I came for, and so much more, allat good prices (or free!). The next time I'm in Mt. Pleasant, I plan to swing by Eucalyptus Wellness again. I am highlygrateful for this store and all who run it. Keep up the good work :) Read more
