Food is great and that's why I gave 2 stars. Online ordering customer service is the opposite. When you place an order, the... app tells you to show up at a specific time to pick up your order. My order has NEVER been ready within 10 minute of the appscheduled pick up time. I would have received my meal MUCH sooner had I just gotten in line and ordered like every other walkin customer. When I asked the staff the reason for the hold up, they just say sorry. If you want to order Jersey Mike's, justdon't use the app to order ahead. It won't be ready when you get there. Read more
They went above and beyond with my order, I love this place. Delicious food and great staff.
My question is, why am I using the app to order? The goal is to skip the line. So i get there and my sandwich is not ready, ok... no problem. I am in line now, can you just make my sandwich? No, i am told I have to wait. The fuq? So I ordered my sandwich 30minutes ago, and the guy behind me in line just got there... He is going to get his food before me. Read more

Sub was meh.... I ordered at 11:30 for a 12:30 pick up. Seamed like they made it right when they got the order rather than... closer to the time for pickup. Sub was cold and all of the extra cheese I payed for was cemented to the wrapping..... The bottomof the bag was soaked from sitting for so long.... really disappointing for such an expensive sandwich.... Will never go back.If I could give it an absolute zero I would. Read more
This place is TRASH i have been to so many other Jersey Mikes and the service from those other restaurants were a lot better... then this one. When waiting in line the person in front off us was ordering subs for his whole company. We had to wait 30minutes for a regular cheese steak with lettuce and tomato on it. I don?t get why they can?t just tell him to wait an hour tocome back and get the 20 subs that he was ordering. This place was so bad and had very bad service. DON?T COME HERE!! Read more
