Not the first time I've waited over an hour for my order. Would be nice to get some form of communication on when orders are... delayed or service is behind so I can decide to keep or cancel the order based on wait time. I only take a 30-minute lunch soit appears I am going hungry today. Most likely won't bother ordering anymore. Update: - Order Placed: 11:59am - Out forDelivery: 1:17pm - Received: 1:40pm Just shy of 2-hour is just not acceptable. Especially when the store is two miles away. Disappointed again! To be fair I order from Jimmy John's alot. Most of the time everything is good. In the past they couldn't... get my order to me because of not enough delivery drivers. Once they delivered half my order. Today a driver brought me a verywatered down completely flat Dr. Pepper. And it was at least an inch from the top of the cup. I love me some Jimmy Johns. But I have to rate this location as two stars because of the service I have consistently received.... Out of the past five orders, all five have been incorrect. I order the same thing every time and they either forget extra ham orin the most recent order gave me a ham sub instead of an Italian with extra ham! They never put mayonnaise packets in the bagwhich I always request. One time they forgot my chips and another time they gave me an extra bag of chips and an extra soda!What is up with this place?! Do I have to drive all the way to North Charleston to get Jimmy John's from now on? Ridiculous. Ihave even emailed corporate, who wasn't much help except to say we're sorry. Read more

Normally pretty good, today however was a fail. Ordered on the mobile app so my prefer was pretty black and white. Ordered EZ... mayo and ended up with enough mayo for about 3 subs. Clicked the button for napkins in bag (shouldn?t they automatically comewith food?) not a single napkin in the bag Ordered Unsweet tea and got sweet. When they say they are freaky fast, that?s the truth! We ordered several sandwiches for our staff and before I could get... settled in, the order was here and the food was great. They had all the orders correct and the delivery driver was courteous. Ilike that they offer Dijon mustard and they had some hot peppers in my sandwich that were awesome. Quality ingredients,including their great bread is what puts them above most and of course that freaky fast service. Read more
