I went with my family and had a very pleasant experience. When we first arrived, the hostess sat us in a pretty crowded area,... even though there was a whole other side that didn't have many people in it. I voiced my concerns with the hostess and before Icould finish explaining, one of the managers was already arranging for seating that we were more comfortable with. Our waiterwas very pleasant. My sister and I had entrees that needed fixing and the manager went above and beyond to make sure everyonewas satisfied. I really must say the customer service was just as amazing as the food. I come here often, however, sometimes they fail. I ordered chicken and rice pilaf and the rice was cold and uncooked, the... chicken was barely warm. The manager and server were so kind and they made it right. I know we are in hard times with employmentand this affects chain restaurants. At the end of my visit, the rice was perfect, however the chicken was just re-heated. I feelthey should have given me a new piece of chicken, but I don't want to waste food, so I'll take it! Food was good . Service was good. Chopped steak was asked for without mushrooms and was brought with mushrooms. They went to the... back and picked them off apparently and took the dish back out without recooking it. My mom is severely allergic to mushrooms.This is where the company failed entirely. She is now bedridden and swollen. Have some respect for a request there is probably areason. I will never return to this location and hope legal repercussions eventually follow the behaviors of this environment. Read more
Overall experience was great , walked in and was immediately greeted. Staff was very friendly. Everyone was busy doing there job... including the manager helping and cleaning. Left tip bc waiter did his job and apologized. But $33 for a porterhouse steak and wasnt even cooked right. I brought my... concerns up to Manager. His response " we have the best cooks" pretty bad at 18 i cooked steaks better then this head cook. Iguess cooking steak right how somebody wants it is a lost art. i walked out of longhorns near charlotte Nc bc the porterhousethey brought me was no where near a 22oz and half of one side looked like freddy crougar had sliced thru it. A few years ago,But after explaining i wanted it almost medium well, pink& juicy but not bloody, it came out bloody. After paying for it i toldmanager and all he said was sorry. Excellent menu with a good choice of appetizers, sides, and main course. Dinner was served with a salad along with bread &... whipped butter. We visited this location while on vacation. The atmosphere was great, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I... gave 4 starts simply because our food was overcooked however the manager did offer to have it prepared again. We respectfullydeclined as we were pretty hungry and were going to eat it anyhow. He took money off the check to make up for the food mishap.Greatly appreciated. Still, our visit was really pleasant. Our servers (we had two gentleman) had phenomenal interpersonalskills. One shared a few reccomendations for places to visit while there. I asked about his tattoos and based off his gloatingreview ended up going to get 2 done at the same place.
