Probably one of the worst Moe?s that I?ve been to. Meat wasn?t very flavorful- looks like they skimped on the seasonings. Both... of their soda machines were not working and apparently, after talking to a manager there, have been down for over two months!Down for a day, okay, down for two months means you either can?t pay your bills to your vendor, or you just don?t care. But,they?ll be happy to sell you a $3 can of soda- no refills- instead. Would love the next poster to see if these machines are backin operation. I guess Charleston doesn?t have any repairmen to fix?.. Also, many of the their booths are broken. Tables werenot cleaned after lunch rush. Again goes back to management not caring. Worker didn't spread out ingredients at all on my quesadilla. Ended up looking like a wonton. The whole staff used to shout... "welcome to Moe's!!!" When you walked in the door but those days are over. Moe's was next level good 10 years ago but everythingfrom the service to the food has gone in the toilet since. Used to eat there all the time. I only eat there now because I hopethe experience Will be something close to what it used to be. It never is. Really sad to see the glory of one of my favoritefast casual restaurants heading towards a slow and depressing death. RIP. Read more

The food is great, but why is the drive thru always closed? We shouldn?t have to be gambling on being able to go through the... drive thru. It honestly wastes time because we could have in hind sight ordered ahead. This happens ALOT. Even with the revampeddrive thru Read more

Awesome experience for lunch! Quick in and out with great food and staff. Huge portions and the fresh salsa assortment was an... added bonus. I was shocked that it wasn?t packed at lunch, but definitely a great lunch spot with outdoor seating. Read more

I have ordered fajita boxes from this location for daytime client meetings 6 times. Every other time I was given utensils & cups... for the lemonade/tea with no issue. This time, the staff refused to provide, causing me to have to make an additional stop andbe late for my important meeting. If I?d bought a $10 burrito bowl I?d get utensils with no complaint but a $150 catering orderand it doesn?t come with essentials? When I questioned how to drink the Lemonade I was rudely told ?when you buy a jug oflemonade at the grocery store it doesn?t come with cups? I even showed the FAQ question of the app to the staff to explain whymy impression was I?d continue to receive these essentials as I always had. I will never order from this Moe?s again and willtell anyone I can in this very small community how terrible their customer service skills are. Read more

Interior is dim and uninviting. Surfaces and floors sticky. The whole place could stand a good scrub down. The employees were... not motivated at all. You would have thought I asked them to perform a painful chore when ordering my burrito bowl. Despite thein-store experience, the food is pretty tasty. Read more

Stop to get something quick and they thought they could just throw my food together. Like I wouldn't notice the cold potatoes... mixed in my build your own burrito bowl. The other bowl my partner purchased had rice that wasn't thoroughly cooked (crunchy). Ishould've taken the hint when the cashier at the drive thru window told me she don't eat the food. Totally disappointed in thequality. It looked amazing for presentation, but to eat...Naw. I had to take it back for a redo! Read more
