I recently went to this location to eat while being in the Mt Pleasant area for work and had the pleasure of having Dallas as my... waiter. He is the sweetest guy and went above and beyond to help me and my friends to make sure our experience was a great one.We have since gone back multiple times during our work trip and gotten to know him and this restaurant well. Service and food were amazing! We were all hot, tired and cranky when we decided to stop in on a whim as we drove by for dinner.... The waitress was so nice, that she literally put us all in better moods and we weren't so irritated with each other (we are on afamily vacation) anymore. The server took extra steps to ensure we had everything we needed before we knew we needed it. Littlethings like bringing two loaves of bread for us to start with because we were so hungry and our drinks never dropped below halfa glass. Hands down the worst restaurant in Mount Pleasant and probably the worst Outback in the whole company. This place has no... business being open. The last two times we?ve been have been two of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. It takesforever. They cook all the steaks well done no matter what you order and if you try to have it corrected, you?re gonna be therefor two hours. It?s disgusting. Usually I?m super satisfied with my experiences at Outback but this time my Outback Special steak was really tough. We sat in... the bar area and the server (wish I got her name) was incredible. Very nasty place the floor is slippery from being mopped with same water from the back . After 15 minutes sitting at table my... drinks finally came . 5 minutes later the blooming onion came and there was nothing blooming about it . She did say it was smalland brought out another small one about 20min later . It was hot in the steakhouse .tables around me were not bussed the wholeplace was just greasy . Went to the bathroom and pushed on door and about slipped on the floor . The waitress brought out arefill water after being empty for a while, my kids drinks were not refilled. So after she said my stuff will be out shortly in5minutes. I was walking out asking for the check for what they needed to charge 20minutes later . Very poor outback verysurprising to be in the condition they are in being a my pleasant store . That receipt is just the nasty grease on my hands .Look at the floors omg how nasty . Read more
