Save your money. This place is extremely skimpy with the toppings. My last pizza from them was Canadian bacon and double... mushroom. The most generously loaded piece had six shreds of bacon and three mushrooms. I normally order pizza from Papa John's online because it's always been my go-to. However, when it was time for my order to... arrive via DoorDash, it was never delivered to me. I was told that it was delivered via email but I never got a phone call fromthe DoorDash driver or Papa John's themselves to make sure that my order was delivered to the correct address. I eventuallycalled the store, told the sweet manager what was going on, and she immediately gave me a refund for the order. I think thatPapa John's should reconsider their options for delivery to make sure that everyone's order is being delivered timely andcorrectly. Read more
My 1 star is because you all had ONE employee taking orders and making orders. BRANDON was the only person working during my... visit today. Even though he was ALONE he greeted every person that entered. Apologized for the wait. Never complained. This guyneeds a raise if he is going to be running a store all alone with no help. Absolutely disgusting raw pizza. We ordered some wings and pizza. Pizza and wings were both cold not only that no meat that we... ordered. We order papa johns often and this is by far worst experience. Manager on duty wouldn?t give his name and told us kickrocks. Horrible customer service and pizza all together. Health department should be looking into how they prep and serve. I?llupload some pictures and send to corporate so they can verify everything and hopefully do better job on hiring people. Read more
I have never had such an ordeal trying to order a pie. Saw the NY pizza add diced to order, grabbed my phone. Decided to... download the app. Had the pie plus toppings in the cart received total plus fees. Went back in to add a second pie figured if Iwas paying a 5$ fee I would make it worthwhile. The app kicked out my order and told me delivery was not available. I tried tocall apparently got a hold of a call center who could not take my order. They transferred me to the local store. After a fewsome one picked up the line and simply hung up on me. I called the store a little farther up in MtP apparently received thesame call center and was told I could not order delivery. I explained I had never had such a time ordering a pie and how I wasjust hung up on. They transferred me to that store while on hold a crazy computer guy voice tried to have a conversation aboutcrust with me?.. enough? I hung up and called a local shop. I knew better not even sure why I had the lapse in judgment. Read more
The delivery was quick for a Friday night and the driver was very polite, this the 3 stars. The pizza deserved one star, as it... had very little sauce and a few ingredients tossed in the middle (this was a regular medium Works). Yes, we had eaten 2 pieceswhen this pic was taken, but you can see it?s not like a Works pizza should look. A lot of money for this pitiful thing. PapaJohns used to be our favorite, but we won?t be ordering it anymore! Read more
The poor guy waiting next to me was there for 20 minutes and his pie was sitting on the shelf for half of it. My pie was picked... up off the shelf after it was placed there but I also made a point of pointing that out. I was told 15 minutes wait but itended up being 40. It was a Saturday night so I kind of expected a bit of a delay. The food was very tasty though and on parwith the rest of the Papa John's I have been so so I gave them a 3 star and not a 2 star. Horrible we didn't get foos after waiting over a hour and half so canceled. Next day we thought we would try it again set it up... for delivery checked on it and they told us it was up next driver should be there shortly after over 30 minutes then we get atext from door dash so we checked and it was our pizza so it wasn't up for delivery when we called to check on it and afterwaiting 5 more minutes we finally received the food.
