This place used to be so so good but over the last 6 or 8 months it has gone down a steep hill. I've called to place an order... and have heard we have no bacon, we don't have eggs, we don't have baguettes, the kitchen is closed, it's always something. Thismorning i had my wife pick up a classic on baguette and she came home with the saddest looking croissant you've ever seen.Really should've taken a picture. I am so sorry to have to say how disappointed I am in this place because the other Mt. Pleasant establishment of the same name... is one of my VERY FAVORITE places for lunch. --and it certainly wouldn't have taken much to get to that same level, but NOeffort has been put into making it that. The food was still good, but that and a few Eiffel Towers just do not do enough to makethe experience the same. The service was so bad that I wish I hadn't tipped half of what I did. There was some sort of ceilingleak issue going on, which is totally forgivable, but all of the tools for cleaning it up and tending to it were just leftsloppily in the middle of the place. I was there for a meeting for two hours, and no one ever cleaned it up. The whole thing wasjust sad, and I wished that I'd arranged the meeting for a different place (the other one, I guess.) We decided to go for coffee this morning. They didn't have a coffee menu of any sort. The employee offered to read the menu off... the register just to find out they didn't have anything on that menu. They charged us for the coffee then an additional $1 foreach flavor which should have been part of the actual coffee price. We also asked for iced on both coffees and confirmed it withthe cashier. They still made one of them hot. They offered to remake it but we didn't have time since it took so long to order.I highly do not recommend going for coffee. Read more

Such a cool spot! The croissants here are delectable as well as everything else. The chocolate eclair I got was easily the best... I've ever had. The customer service is top notch. I got a baguette sandwich called L'Italian Baguette and can't wait to go backand try all the other variations. Highly recommend checking this place out. Read more

The waffle was so tasty! The problem was that it is kinda pricey for something you can make easily yourself and it doesn't hold... you, in 30 min you will be hungry again. Or at least that's my opinion. But flavor, cleanliness of the place and staff, all take5 stars Read more
