She was super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to customers! She should be appreciated by hersupervisor! She is an example of great customer service! We stopped by because we were looking for breakfast on our way to Myrtle beach for the day. The food is great, by far if I was... rating the establishment on food alone it would get a 4.5 stars. The reason I did not rate higher was for the food options itis expensive. For my husband and I getting 1 waffle each, his with maple syrup and mine with bananas and whipped cream, and two baguette sandwiches put me back 48.00. The main irritation for me being in hospitality and culinary is for that price of foodalmost every plate of food had multiple chips and cracks in the plates. It might seem simple but just a turn off not to haveundamaged plates including for the area we are in. I would still eat here and recommend for the food. Read more

The food and coffee was incredible - we ordered the croque croissant, the acropolis quiche, French toast, and pain au chocolate,... and it was quite fabulous. The waitress brought an espresso cup of hot chocolate for my son so we all had mugs to drink out ofand he loved it. They were very nice and I would come back every day if I lived here! Read more

Lovely little French cafe with wonderful treats. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The cappuccino was excellent, the... almond croissant tasty and flaky. The pain au chocolat was good but could have benefitted from being warmed up. Macarons arealso delicious. The apricot almond danish was literally perfection - still thinking about it. Mmmmmmm. UPDATE: Unfortunatelythis cafe seems to have taken a hit - perhaps Covid related? We've gone a few times since our review and tried several things. We were holding off to see if it was a fluke, but have identified several things that have lapsed in quality. What has stayedwonderful is the coffee, the macarons and the butter croissants. However, the danishes and pastries all seem to be made now withthe exact same dough, though these different pastries should have different doughs. They all just taste like a croissant indifferent shapes with different toppings. The desserts are going gluten-free which is a nice idea, but the sponge is a littlechewy and not great. It's very hard to match what regular flour does in these desserts, and so far it doesn't work. The worstchoice we've come upon is to use the flour for savory crepes to make gluten-free sweet crepes. It really doesn't taste good. Andwhen asked to top it with a banana, the banana was so over-ripe it was sickeningly sweet - that banana was good only for bananabread in a very diluted form. You can buy gluten-free all purpose flour and make absolutely delicious dessert crepes (we've donethis successfully at home). It just seems like a lot of cutting corners, and lack of understanding regarding gluten-freedesserts. Let's hope they get better soon. We'll be sticking to the macarons and coffee for now. Read more

Not impressed - the staff was friendly, but pushy and didn't listen when I even said that my favorite quiche was the quiche... Lorraine and that I will go with that. She then mentioned me getting 2 would be a deal, so I went with it and got the goatcheese and spinach one was well. When I receives my food, only the spinach, goat cheese one was there, upon asking she saidthere was no second one ordered...I said that I originally wanted the other one, she said she would add it. Not what I wanted, again. Cutting it open a whole bunch of water came out and the pastry was wet and mushi, not as supposed to be. There was acomplete lack of taste, couldn't taste anything but.. well Idk really. The coffee was good. Read more

Great spot for breakfast. We had the east coast crepe (savory and delicious) and berry and banana French toast with homemade... whip cream (sweet and yummy). We were outside on a cooler day and really enjoyed it. Read more
