Used to be the best SB in Mt. Pleasant because of its roomy space and friendly staff. Now it is simply the WORST! They just... randomly close in the afternoon whenever they choose. Their best barista is on maternity leave, and the current Manager is justawful. Read more
As an ex-barista, they did a great job! Didn't burn the espresso in several drinks (which you prevent by putting the espresso... immediately into another liquid, like milk or water), and had apparent knowledge of the drinks and how they're made. This Starbucks has been my favorite location of all time. There is no drive through, making it cafe style and a great spot for... people looking to do work/school work for hours on end. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors and lots of outlets for yourcharging. Every staff member has been fantastic with great attitudes. I don't drink coffee and this might have been my fifth time to a Starbucks but I have to say my experience was nice. The staff... were very friendly and it was really clean. It was extremely busy at 4pm on a Sunday! I met my bridal client and her motherthere for a meeting and it was a nice atmosphere. Will be bringing more clients here in the future! Read more
Today is February 11th at 7:30 - I went in this Starbucks for a drink and came out with recommendations of where to go in the... area. Everyone there was so friendly and nice, obviously cared about what they were doing. The man who was working went out ofhis way to write down where he thought we should go and would enjoy while in town. BEST EXPERIENCE! We ordered Uber eats. Unfortunately due to the incorrect credit card information the credit card was declined after we received... our food. I called Starbucks to give them a new credit card information and they told me not to worry about it it was on them.So customer service oriented! Read more
