Honestly, it's taco bell. I went inside, and it's what you expect. Not perfectly clean, but not too bad either. But! The reason... I wanted to review, is because the people were genuine nice to me and another customer I saw. Not particularly professional, butkindness goes a long way. Read more

I had the same drive thru experience as alot of these other reviews. No sauce, left food off our order, extremely long wait. If... I hadn't been trapped between 2 cars I would've drove off. If you value your time or order don't go here. If the owner readsthis please close this location and let something that cares about service move in. Read more

This place was completely unprofessional. My husband did not receive a complete order. We got 2/12 of our family meal tacos.... Once he got back to our hotel, we realized it was missing and he immediately went back to receive the remainder of our order.Once he arrived, he informed them part of our order was missing, and rather than apologizing for the inconvenience/extra gasspent due to THEIR error, the manager told him that she knew the tacos WERE in the bag, and even asked him to see in the bag.How infuriating that she would imply that we were lying. I personally called her to let her know that it was incredibly rude andbad service for her to have accused my husband of lying, and she proceeded to argue with me over the phone. I NEVER reach out tocorporate, and always give the benefit of the doubt coming from the customer service/restaurant profession myself, but this wastruly bad service. Don't waste your money at this establishment unless you want to be inconvenienced and accused of attemptingto pull one over to get some extra taco bell...... Read more

Arrived at 9:15. No one accepted orders at the drive thru. I pulled around after 10 minutes to the window. No one was answered... at the window either. After 15 minutes total waiting, I gave up. There are employees in the building, but no one cared enough totake the orders. Read more
