We never go to chain restaurants, especially when out of town. But we had an issue tonight with our hotel room and it was late... by the time we were able to eat. So we picked this place because it was close. The food was good and came quickly. The host/take out person Leo was so friendly and very funny and entertaining and joked around with my silly husband. My son has dairy allergies as well as other dietary restrictions. We received a burger the literal opposite of what was ordered... for a 9 year old (plain burger with fries). If you have a picky little one then you know what I had to deal with when he saw hisfood. We called the restaurant and I offered to pick up a replacement burger even after we have paid for delivery. They said itwill take another 45 mins and can?t prioritize my child?s burger. Reason: they have a lot of orders before me. My son cannot eatanything we ordered. The staff spent more time telling me no over a 10 minute phone call about how they can?t help - instead ofplacing a patty on the grill and solve an issue that they created in the first place. I explained the allergy and clearly toldthem that as Muslims we don?t eat bacon and this burger has bacon too. Nope? wouldn?t budge and wouldn?t solve the problem. Ihate writing bad reviews but the staff here took things to the next level. Wouldn?t let me speak with a manager. Wouldn?t giveme their name. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Sorry. Read more
My friend and I are on a ?mini cation? in the Mt. Pleasant area and since we had great service AND food the last time, wanted to... eat here again. We weren?t disappointed! We were seated promptly and the hostess had a pleasant smile. Jay, our Server, wasthe best! He took our drink orders and came back shortly to take our food orders. I ordered the Warm Pretzels ($9.99) and thePotato Skins ($10.xx) as last time and both were tasty! My friend ordered the Whiskey basted Sampler ($17.99) and he enjoyedimmensely. The place was not busy at all. I think two other parties dining. I walked in and the hostess said there is a 15 minute wait and... walked off. We ordered an appetizer to share. It tasted like it sat in the garbage for two weeks and was pulled out and reheatedfor us. It was awful. I will never go back. The staff there we not remarkable but not rude either. Our waitress was pleasant andI actually feel sorry for her because she needs to work somewhere where the food matches her skill set. Needless to say afterthree bites I was done and we were All sick the next day. My bill was $75 for two appetizer and two margaritas. Read more
Awesome atmosphere. I wasn't much of a gracious guest but all services were great.
The Cajun shrimp pasta was just okay. It looked way better than it tasted. I?d explore other menu options before ordering this... particular dish again. Read more

Very great service, the staff was very polite and helpful. The waiter introduced us to Apple Butter Chicken Wings. I never... heard that before, so of course I tried it.???? It was delicious. My only other thought is that the wings could have beenbigger, like standard size. They were more like drummetes than wings. But they were good. Read more
