This place gets every to-go order wrong and is the slowest lunch spot I?ve ever seen. Don?t go if you?re in a rush.

Really enjoy the salads and get them frequently but that may change soon. On at least three different occasions I?ve gotten a... salad that was almost inedible due to uncooked rice. Every bite seemed like I was risking a trip to the dentist. Please improveand I?ll be happy to continue being a loyal customer. 5/9/22 update: it?s still an issue. Delicious food but do not try to order anything with custom instructions on their website!! Literally NO ONE reads the ?special... notes? and they know they?re getting tipped automatically so it literally doesn?t matter. If you want to subtract anything fromyour order then select ?create a custom salad? and build it with what you want instead. THEY WILL NOT READ OR DO WHAT YOU ASKTHEM TO IN THE NOTES NO MATTER HOW MANY PLEASE OR ;) you use. This frustrates me because I?ve already tipped them on trust. Twosalads for $40 delivered. I mover from NYC to Charleston and I was looking forward to have a place so I can get salad. I went there numerous time?s and... every time I go is always different, ( is like miss or hit ). Sometimes the salad come good sometimes it?s the worse. The teamkeep changing or they get new people but need someone to supervise them when they do a salad or anything else bc they don?t knowwhat they doing. I?m sorry but you don?t have cheap prices and the quality is not that great. I don?t need to get my salad andthe bowl halfway. I love the concept but the service was terrible! Placed an online order and arrived 5mins after the estimated time and the order... hadn?t even been started yet. Not a single other customer to be seen in the store and the person I assume was the manager seemedto be unable to help the poor girl working the line and was more focused on wiping down salad dressing bottles while I waited.Another couple walked in and she didn?t even acknowledge them and let the other girl struggle to get everything done. I alsoordered the ?corn chowder? which apparently had to be re-heated and took an extra 5mins after the salads were done. The past 2 times I?ve visited were very awkward experiences. The person working didn?t say hi when I walked in or respond when I... spoke to him the entire time I was there, he never spoke until he told me the price of the salad. Very strange. Made for a verylong 10 min encounter. Read more
