Amya and Wanda and the rest of the crew is fantabulous............did you understand they are FANTABULOUS! Always smiling and... making me laugh every time I roll through. The head manager that has been there for about a year since I've been stopping by isAWESOME also. Double check your food if you go here late at night. The meat was horrible. They remade my sandwich and I threw it in the trash.... Tasted like old rubber soaked in water. BEWARE!!! Read more
It took 10 minutes at the drive thru before anyone even came on the speaker to take our order. We ordered 2 $5 Biggie bags, a... baconator combo, and an extra order of fries. They interrupted us mid order to let us know they close in 6 minutes - prettyrude and not sure how that's relevant. By the time we got home we realized they got our junior bacon cheeseburgers wrong (oneplain one regular resulted in 2 plain), and we did not get an extra order of fries. Wendy's has absolutely gone downhillrecently and this location is no different. I'd rather get frozen White Castle burgers and microwave them before I revisitedthis location. If I want a plain overpriced burger, at least I wouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for it. Read more
Was headed to the beach and stopped at that establishment. The worker were very rude, even the manager. Not only were they rude... and unprofessional but the food was HORRIBLE. The nuggets, burgers and fries were COLD. They also gave us spicy nuggets insteadof regular nuggets for one order. We decided to just keep it instead of taking it back, so that sucked for us. Also the managerdidn?t even say two words to us, just handed us cold food. I will be calling corporate in the morning about the encounter. ThisWendy?s is in a very nice establishment but I would avoid due to their unprofessional evening employees. Read more
Wendy's has been continuously slipping off the mark over the past 5 years. This one in Bell Hall Chelsea South Carolina is no... exception. The employees of this place, like most of them, should at least act like they're thankful they have a job and exude abit of customer service. Just about every Wendy's I've been to during the last 3 years has not been a good experience witheither service or food. The baconator is no longer the "Baconator", it's just a regular, sub-par double bacon cheeseburger. Read more
By far, the CLEANEST Wendy's I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in the door, I noticed an employee cleaning out the... drink machine and another removing trash. The restrooms were clean as well. The bread for their sandwiches was also the freshestbread I've had at a Wendy's. A+ for this location! Read more
Sonia and the entire team at Wendy?s on Belle Hall were amazing. We put in a large order (over 100) items less than 24 hours... before we needed them. They were happy to accommodate and everything was ready and hot at pickup time. In addition, everyonewas super nice and even helped me bring the food to my car. Thank you!!!! Read more
We are tourists from Europe and this was our first time at Wendy's. Chicken parmesan salad was very fresh and chicken hot... straight from the frying pan. Excellent dressing. My friend loved his burger and the fries were so good. Staff was superfriendly and polite. Read more
