I give it a one star but only because it would not allow me to leave the feedback. You sit in line for 15 minutes. Then you get... up to the window place your order. You drive up to the window and wait another 15 minutes for them to fix your order. I was inthe Drive-Thru for about an hour. What they're doing is taking your order at the window having you pull up and fixing your food.When they give it to you out the window then they take the next person's order and on and on and on. Lousy service. When the galor guy opens the window they don't smile they don't say hello they look at you like you're crazy. You say hello they just lookat you like give me the money so I can take another order. Read more
After having gotten the wrong order - rung up correctly - and waiting in the lobby for about 3 minutes until getting someone's... attention, explaining the issue 2X to him and someone else -- although it was on the receipt I gave them with the wrongsandwich.... This Wendy?s has always been slow. Does not matter what time of day. Pre-Covid-Post Covid. Has not mattered. Guaranteed you will... wait in the Drive Thru for no less than 10+ min. The Wendy's on Johnnie Dodds is very poor based om the time spent in the drive thru lane. The restaurant is only open for drive... thru. I don't know why Uber drivers can't go inside and pick up their orders. I waited 20 minutes. I no longer will pick uporders at this location. Read more
Very thankful this Wendys is open until midnight. The food is always delicious and taste fresh. Super nice employee at drive... thru most late nights and somehow always prepare my food super fast. Really impressed! Read more
So my coworker ordered thru drivethru while I was in the car. I was able to walk to Moes down the street, order my food eat it... come back and he was still in line. Second car from window. They definitely need more people. Read more
This has to be the worst Wendy's in America. It is impossible to come to this place at any time they are open without the... drive-through being at least 6 cars deep I live a few blocks away I witnessed this constantly and I am blown away by how unfastthis food is There must be a lot of low hanging fruit, for corporate or the franchise or somebody to address... but for God'ssake please make these changes yesterday Read more
Window lady displayed terrible customer service. Had to repeat myself 3x then she caught an attitude saying get out of her line... as if she owns Wendy's. She by far have the worse customer service I've ever encountered. And she didn't give me me her name andclosed the window in my face. She sent another guy to the wi dow he said he don't know her name his name was Rashard....... Thisneeds to be addressed asap. I will be calling tomorrow about this.
