Very disappointed in our visit. Not only was most of the pizzas cold , the amount of salad toppings has be cut in half. And... there was no cinnamon rolls and the brownies where old. They where putting out fresh pizzas but they where not staying hot. Likethe warmers where not working. Or if the pizzas was hot it tasted rubbery. We normally love this cicis. I am dairy free but it's very easy to make a dairy free pizza. We gave the manager specific instructions and asked to please not... brush the crust with butter. He did brush the crust with butter out of habit he said but instead of making me a new pizzabecause he screwed up he just told me not to eat the crust. I said that's the best part and he laughed and walked away. If Iwasn't here with a child I would have got a refund and left. Solid CiCis, it's been a loooooong time since I've visited a cici's pizza, as in since the 90's? Or early 2000's ????. Anyway,... they had a good salad bar, chicken noodles soup, pepperoni pizza, veggies pizza, etc Oh and some cinnamon roll and sweet pizza?Or you call them sweet pie?. I didn't eat a lot but enough to get full. Good place for the kids too and the ladies working hereare really nice too, very attentive and Professional ????. The place is very clean as well.
