If I can give it zero stars I would. the Domino?s Pizza in Mount Pleasant Tx, will not answer their phone. We ordered two pizzas... and some lava cakes two hours ago and they never delivered it to our house and like I said they won?t even answer their phone.The order on the app says complete but we never got the pizza? I called to place an order and the robot couldn't understand me, so I asked for the operator, was on hold 10 minutes! I was... still on hold when I walked in the place asked for a manager. There were 2 people, 1 texting on a cell phone, 1 making a pizza.No customers, so why aren't they answering? Leo says I'm in charge and we don't answer the phone if it's a wireless caller. Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I have EVER had! I tried ordering pizzas, calling from the Dfw area to deliver to my Son... in Mt Pleasant as a surprise! I ordered, gave them my credit card, they put me on hold.. then hung up. Attempted to contactthem, was put on hold for 35 minutes.. called back, ask to speak to manager.. again put on hold for another 30 minutes! HorribleExperience. No pizza delivered !! Last night I placed an hour for 1 pizza, just 1 pizza and wings , it was around 7:40pm. When I placed the order the waiting and... delivery time was going to be from 28-38 mins. 45 mins had passed and no show, 55 mins passed and no show. I decided to call tosee what was taking so long called for about 7 mins and no answer. After a whole 1 hr and 10 mins, I decided that that was along wait time and headed to the Dominos store. I got there and I asked about my order? THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED MAKING IT !There excuse was we only have one driver and that he was going to take 10 mins to go back to the store and that?s when they weregonna start baking. At this point it was already 1 hr 25min. She was like , well now that your here we can start baking it andyou can just carry it out.. Asked for a refund at that time. Never ordering from them again? I love domino's. I enjoy going here sometimes twice a month. Today, 05/12/2022 at 11am, when they opened, I ordered the norm. 3... pizzas, plus some. The pizza was horrible. The lady at the window also said they don't have plates because it is not a sit downrestaurant. Hoping next trip is a better experience. Read more
I ordered parmesean bites and got a pizza first then they came to deliver the bread and I got this. The girl on the phone was... very rude. I asked for my money back and she refused to give it to me. Saying she would give me credit for dominos. ???????????She hung up on me twice. The second time I called I told them I didnt want nothing anymore bc they wanted to bring me food forthe 3rd time. I ordered pizza last night 11/23/22 and it was poorly made. I paid extra for cheese and this is what I get. I could?ve gone back... and return it but oh well. This Dominos use to be good but slowly they have gone downhill. I rather go to Cicis instead. Read more
