This particular restaurant charges $4 for one quarter pounder meat patty a la cart. They are either too lazy or too ignorant to... figure out the al la cart price, which shouldn't be more than between $1.29 to $1.79 per patty. The manager absolutely refusedto do it. Ridiculous! Read more
Food was not right again horrible service again. Let me set this up for you you're standing in front of the register to order... they walk by and look at you three or four people I understand it probably only one does the cash register. With that in mind Ithink they could have told the lady that run the cash register that there was a customer waiting but I digress. She came aroundthe corner with a look on her face as if I was putting her out I had interrupted her day I should not be there but since I am Ican go ahead and order. ????. So I order and I wait and I wait and I wait I understand there's cars in the Drive-Thru but I'mthe only one inside the restaurant. My food finally comes all I ordered was a filet of fish fry and a soda and mind you theywere out of Coca-Cola how that happens at McDonald's I don't know. My fries were very hot which is a plus but my filet withextra sauce had no sauce. I actually can't rate the food since they never waited on me. The staff had their backs turned the entire time. Even after... noticing me standing there to place an order they never acknowledged my existence or bothered to take an order. I shouldn't havetried because when I walked in right behind an employee he let the door slam in my face instead of holding it. How can you lookinto a glass door and NOT notice someone right behind you. Even after I opened the door right behind him he didn't notice acustomer following. That should have been my notification that they would continue to ignore me. I left without anything becausethere is only so much disrespect I can stomach. Read more
Pulled up to get my order and the young lady opened the window handed me the food and drink and never looked at me and closed... the window without saying a word. What happened to customer service. Top it off I drive 15 minutes home and they got my orderwrong. Looked at the receipt and it was correct. Biscuits dry and McMuffin was hard as a rock. Won?t be back to this McDonald?s! Read more
We stopped here after driving for 9hrs. We ordered what we wanted from the menu, and the boy running the headset must have been... new, bless his heart ??, but his management was not helping him. We ordered The B1G1 for a $1 showing on the screen, but hedidn't understand what we wanted so instead, we ordered a #1 and 5 Mcchickens, a large Sprite and large Sweet Tea. He gave usour total, got to the window, and they didn't have our extra Tea rang in, so price changed, I asked why he said we only had anextra Sprite. Ok, just come on, we are starving lol. We've been driving all day and not trying to take it out on you. He saidthere's onky 4 of us. Ok, well I'm in Management of a quick service restaurant, and short staffed doesn't mean rude or unableto help your crew you do have. Terrible service. Came in for an order of fries which I do regularly. They wouldn't take the order. Said we had to use the... kiosk. I was told her name was Charlotte by a customer. Couldn't tell cause she had no name tag and wouldn't tell me herself.She stood there and argued for almost ten minutes about being short handed when we could have been in and out in less time thanthat. Dirty tables everywhere in the dining room. Guy at the register was helping serve food while chewing on a straw the whole time... touching the straw and peoples food. It doesn't take a genius to know that causes cross contamination. Couldn't eat my foodafter watching that. Will never be back. Read more
