Today I visited the local Panda Express on my lunch hour and was ordering my food. While I waited to be served I did notice an... African American employee who did not take pride in his appearance. The gentleman looked as if he was wearing sweatpants to workand constantly kept adjusting his pants by placing his hand inside the waistline and pulling them up. Once he would adjust hispant the team member would proceed with serving food (without gloves) and assisting customers. Once I noticed these practices Ibacked out of the line and debated if I wanted to have lunch at a restaurant with such poor employee attire and uncleanlinesspractices. I encourage Panda Express to please take this review with upmost seriousness. I will visit this location again withinthe next couple of days and browse if the same practices are still being done if so. I will have no choice but to urge myfamily, friends and colleagues to not dine at this location due to its unsanitary practices. Read more
Food was good that's the only positive I have to offer.
Tell me why? I drove 35mins just to get panda express. i bought 2 plates. One with 3 entrees and 1 with 2 entrees. I ordered... honeywalnut shrimp for both plates. It is an extra 1.25 for this side. I get both plates. Bring them all the way to find. In thefirst plate I only got 4 peices of the honey walnut shrimo and on the se ond tray ony 5? Tell me again why I am paying the extra1.25? Will never go back of they wanna raise the prices of their food and short you the amount of food you are paying for. Notto mentioned. The whole time I was ordering the young man seemed bothered he had to help me. Enough said. I will not return to apanda that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. Not great service at all. Food was cold service no so good and everyone in the house was sick after we ate the food from here
Food is fine, drive through employees are rude for no reason at all. Also, they are ALWAYS OUT OF SOY SAUCE.
I don't know what has happened here since covid started but the quality and quantity of the food has significantly declined. The... last time the wife and I came by 2 weeks ago we each got got plate with Teriyaki chicken. ALL of the chicken was pure fat. Itwas absolutely disgusting and the noodles were very dry and they gave a very little amount of food.. This place used to beamazing for Chinese food. But for the quality, spend $5 more right down the road at Jefferson Buffet. You can fill an entire togo box up with anything you want and only pay $12.50 for 3x the amount of food Panda gives and much tastier. Read more
I really like this location . It’s always clean the food is always hot and the employees are very friendly. My only complaint... is the fact that pandas quit carrying the mandarin sauce that came in the blue packages . I really liked the way it tasted on myfood. I wish they would get that back . Read more
Update.... it's okay. I tried this place a year ago hoping things would change. The food is okay not good or bad. The place is... clean. The prices are a little much. Almost 30 for 2 people, that's doesn't live up to a quality and value check. If you haveanother choice for lunch or dinner... go there. Sorry this place isn't worth it. Cheers Read more
