Absolutely the worse place! Sit here over 30 minutes waiting on order that later found out had to be remade. No one told me the... chic just smiled and said be a few minutes. I waited and waited then. I told the guy I just want my money back. They goscrambling trying to find my pizza and then came said it had to be remade. That?s when I found that out. Then thing bring it tome and the chubby younger dark headed guy with glasses was being a smart but saying bye, have a nice night, bye?. But saying itin a smart way. I ordered 2 large pizzas online today for delivery with tip and taxes spent $50.00 even. Then after waiting over an hour for my... delivery I called and was told by the staff that if he didn't arrive in 15 minutes to call back. That alone sent my bloodboiling so I repeated that I had already waited over an hour and I needed to speak to a manager. Jessica gets on the phone withone excuse after another of why it took over an hour to get my order to me. In which her solution was a $5.00 coupon. After Ijust spent $50 and $7.00 of it was on a tip that I paid on my credit card online before even getting my food. I asked forcorporates number in which I was told that they belonged to a franchise, so I asked for that number which she said they didn'thave. Would give 0 if I could. Pizza Hut robs people. I ordered a 24.99 deal and a 9.90 pasta deal. They charged me 8.00 more because... I didn?t like all the toppings on the super supreme and added the toppings we do like for our kids. They charged 2.00 pertoppings to change it. And my free wings were raw and cold that I got from points from being a loyal customer. This place is ajoke and I hope shuts down because mt. Pleasant doesn?t need any more failing businesses, we need growth and this is not a placefor that. The manger pasted me over to the assistant manager because he was to big of a wuss to deal with a customer. Then thethey lied said they didn?t have corporate number.
