Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 5 minutes to order at the drive thru lane, finally drove up behind 3 other cars and... ordered only for them to tell me that the speaker WAS working they just didn't answer us the many times we asked of anyone wasthere. Never once apologized once we told them of the issue. Couldn't get our drink orders right after several times ofcorrecting them. They need to get the employee service aspect in order. I went there today to get some food on my way through town. Not only could you no understand the young man on the speaker at the... drive thru but I repeatedly gave them my order only to have it done wrong but because they said I didn't get charged for it thatit didn't matter and was going to charge me more money to fix it. When I call to speak to the so called manager the person whoanswered the phone said hold please then answered as the manager. I do not recommend eating here they do not appreciate theircustomers. Ordered online, went to store, all stalls were non functioning. Had to go to the drive through stall and waited for 35 minutes... to tell them that I had an online order, then it took another 10 minutes to get the order, and it was totally wrong. Had to waitanother 5 minutes or more to get it right. Worst experience ever! If you are near this store, avoid it like the plague! Read more

The employees were nice and courteous but the electronic system wasn't working very good, the app wouldn't work at that location... and I had to push the red button twice to get someone to take my order , once order was placed the amount did not show up on thescreen nor did my order, I had to hand my card to the carhop and pay, the order was almost exact was just missing jalapeno's onmy burger. I absolutely love this location! I go there to get an ice water every day after the gym. Today I went to ger my water, put my... order in, and then realized I left my purse at home. My total was $0.75. I asked the car hop if she could show me how to pay onthe app so she went to get someone. She comes back out and says, "don't worry about it, we'll see you tomorrow." It's fast food. Their drinks are delicious. Unfortunately the ice used prohibits a satisfying proportion. Understand why they do... but I would pay more for what I desire. Onion rings are always good. The rest not any different than any other burger joint.Throw a dart, can't miss Read more

Worst experience of my life they had no idea what there doing. They weren't even busy and couldn't get my order right. They... pretty much ripped me off and the food I got that wasn't right and they just wanted to argue with me about it was sloppedtogether and cold. Don't go here if you want good service and the food you ordered. I posted this once already but somehow itdisappeared. And management never got a hold of me to find out what happened or make it right if that tells you anything thatshould be enough. Read more
