I drove to this sonic because I've always had great food there. Well not today. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 medium onion... rings. Well , apparently they were out of onion rings. But the gave me a card with 2 free onion rings . Ok I'm good with that. I. Got the food home and it was terrible. Fries were cold and soggy. The burgers were not any better. My burger had 3pieces of lettuce the size of a postage stamp. 1 tomato slice the size of a golf ball. And the meat was almost burnt on oneside and dry as a cork. My wife's wasn't any better. Very slow service. No one answered the speaker until I said something after a couple of minutes. Once I drove to the window, no... one was there and it took several minutes before I saw anyone and several more before receiving drinks. All we ordered were 2drinks and a blast. Read more

We had to get the burgers re made, they were cold. (3 weeks later) I decided to try them again because of the fast food... chicken sandwich war....in the same time slot.... I'm impressed with the service. Read more

Compared to my favorite Sonic this one needs some training in the customer service dept. And in the smiles dept. Y'all need to... go see how they do it at N. Jefferson location and be more like them. Y'all are rude, slow and 9 out of 10 times my order iswrong.
