The asst. was very distracted. So my sandwich ???? was not made the way I requested. Checking for the charge.
Drink machine was out of stock. Chips very few slection. Sandwich was good. Employee listen all but the manager she was in her... own world. Dipping the wrong way all up in the wrong kool-aid. We had to repeat three times before she heard what we weretelling her. Read more
We went to this subway this evening, they were out of all bread except for wheat bread, out of meatballs, they ran out of steak... meat, I ordered to steak sandwiches and I don't even think they put steak on them at all, when I ate it , I didn't taste thesteak, only veggies, the only reason they should be out of bread is because they did not make any more, instead of restockingthe meatballs, or steak they just didn't put any meat on the sandwiches! Went in at 6pm on 9/19. 2 employees sitting at the table using their phones. I was the only customer. I stood at the counter... and neither employee would put their phones down to take my order. I finally got tired of waiting so I left. Called the nextmorning and talked to the manager. Heard no action was taken. Won't return. Read more
Ron is the best!!! Great customer service and super friendly!!! My daughter and I dined in tonight and he made us the best... sandwiches!! After we got done eating he was telling us about their pizzas that I had no idea Subway had. He has me sold ontrying one!! He's a keeper!!! Best customer service!!!! Read more
Soon as I walk in I'm greeted with am I staying out of trouble. This guy doesn't even know me. I replied I'm trying. Then the... other lady said what will it be the normal pizza. I said I have never ate a pizza here in my life. Then between the 2 of themthey said something as they laughed. I felt insulted and will never return there again. That's a promise. They are the worst asthey are always running out of bread or vegetables. Read more
The staff and food were wonderful would have been 5 stars if they'd had the drink machines working for the watermelon cucumber... water anywhere. Apparently, none of the Subways here in Mount Pleasant have it right now even though they have the machines??????????? Read more
