Literally horrible customer service, with new management. I?m 5.8 miles from the store 13 minutes and they told me I?m to far... and refuse to deliver to me even with a 15$ tip. I called moments after they opened, I used to be a driver here an worked my wayup into management the establishment is a joke and they do not care about there customers. Three years of buying food from themand now they will lose a customer by there own choice. I know there policies, they can?t pick and choose who they will provideservice too. My 3 and 4 year old love pizza so I order from this dominoes often. They're very fast delivering and if it does take a little... bit longer to get to me they always give me a free pizza without me asking. They very rarely mess up my order... tonight was anexception and they sent me plain wings instead of parmesean wings but they corrected it immediately and sent out 2 orders ofparmesean wings to replace the plain ones. They always go above and beyond which is greatly appreciated. The delivery driversare very nice as well. Wouldn't order from anywhere else. Read more

Delivery driver got lost. This dominoes is 5 min from my house. Driver ended up in Hazelton and said it's my fault and I don't... know my own address. Doesn't even know how to use GPS. Food had to be re done and delivered by someone else, 2 hours after thefirst order. Never again. Read more
Compared to a few months ago, this place has really cleaned up. My pizza was PERFECT!!!! I wasn?t grossed out by the bathroom... and the employees were pleasant! I will return again. Read more
stayed at the hotel across the street and got hungry so i ordered 2 large pizzas and boneless chicken. i picked it up and got... back to the room i opened it up and the crust was burnt. I decided to take a bite and there was NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA, on bothpies. i thought i?d try my luck with the chicken and they were freezing. My order was horrible. I had to go to the store to replace it. Everything was either over cooked or burnt. Very nonchalant... attitudes of oh well. This was ridiculous. I had to stand there & watch them remake it. Mind you I paid for delivery. Also thedelivery driver did not give me my receipt to sign (my son answered the door). I told them when I got to the store I wanted thereceipt to sign. They gave me the customer copy. Told me I didn?t have to sign. I didn?t want to waste anymore of my night so Ileft. I?ll now have to watch my account to make sure no tip was given. Sigh. I will never order from here again. I will orderfrom Pizza Hut instead. Relocation & this place still sucks. The workers are unpleasant & unprofessional. Dominoes will nolonger get my business. The sad part is with yet another bad review they still remain open. Read more
