I used to love this Starbucks however the turn over of staff is insane and only a few people can even get my drinks right ! I... also see they are selling spell jars out of this location is this Starbucks or the Voodoo Lounge ? I think this is totallyinappropriate and wonder if the Top Management is aware or if the Owners are aware that someone is running their business overtheir counter? I am catholic and this was very unsettling to me and my group of friends that stay there. The new ManagerBrittany is completely rude and has a huge attitude and should not be in Management we will be going to another location forour next stay if shes there we also over heard a young girl that was working with her talking very inappropriately. *Update* Went back Friday august 20 12:30 pm. This time I still couldn't get a dark roast so I asked for a regular coffee with... an espresso shot. All day sandwiches were available BUT they couldn't be heated up.???? The young lady that was taking ourorder said we can take them home if we wanted and heat them up there. LOL no thank you. The star drink my wife ordered wasperfectly delicious! The employees have all been excellent and helpful. The company is dropping the ball at this location.. I'llbe back once or twice a month now just to see how things are going. Sign says breakfast sandwiches available all day. Nosandwiches available at 2 pm 7/23. No dark roast coffee available. What's going on? You are a coffee shop. Are you unable tobrew more coffee? So very disappointed that basic products are unavailable. Read more
It is a sad day when you go to a location and there is only ONE PERSON WORKING! What is going on here as we are being told that... this location will temporarily close due to this sickout or lack of employees. Not great at all and it is a poor representationof this brand. Read more
Is it the same Starbucks here ?? How does this Starbucks not accept the reward points nor the complimentary birthday gift,... which is given to me by email?? The staff said the store does not have a scanner, so the Starbucks reward system is not aavailable here. Read more
Beautiful place, lots of parking but you may walk a little bit. This Starbucks is inside the lobby of the casino. Theres no sign... outside that says Starbucks but you can see through the glass that there is one. You don?t have to be going into the casino togo into Starbucks so if you?re with young kids you can bring them here. Theres plenty of seats, tables, and couches. It can geta little loud here because people are going in and out of the casino. One advantage is that its the only Starbucks around herethat closes late, midnight. Also mens bathroom is a few feet away and women is up an escalator but close. The service is crazyfast. My drink came out good. I came here to study for school. Read more
This is a great Starbucks and I go to Starbucks everyday everywhere I am, it is busy and clean and the staff is very pleasant,... they get laughing right along with you.
