Honestly, shocked to read the reviews below. I typically don?t leave reviews for big box fast food, but I felt compelled to do... so here because the service was so good! Went in early. Around 8:15am. Hours posted shows open 8am. Door unlocked. As soon as I step one foot in the door the manager... says "nope waiting for employee". So I asked, can't you make the sandwich? To which he replied "no". I know its subway and notto expect much but just extremely poor service. Read more
I did an online order today. When I went to pick up my order it was not waiting and the man working told me someone else picked... up my order and was very rude. I had leave because I had a very limited lunch time for work. I didn?t get my food. I wasn?toffered a refund in store. Subways is subways. I dont expect much from the food, now for service, my rating is a 2. Two people ahead of me and waited... more than 10mins for a sandwich. I've gotten service at work in Manhattan with 10 people and was serviced quicker. You be thejudge and try. I would assume people are here to eat from the Kalahari waterpark. Read more
