Honestly, shocked to read the reviews below. I typically don?t leave reviews for big box fast food, but I felt compelled to do... so here because the service was so good! I wish I got the name of the staff that helped me. If it helps, I was there September25th at noon. They were very friendly and efficient. Went in early. Around 8:15am. Hours posted shows open 8am. Door unlocked. As soon as I step one foot in the door the manager... says "nope waiting for employee". So I asked, can't you make the sandwich? To which he replied "no". I know its subway and notto expect much but just extremely poor service. Read more
I did an online order today. When I went to pick up my order it was not waiting and the man working told me someone else picked... up my order and was very rude. I had leave because I had a very limited lunch time for work. I didn?t get my food. I wasn?toffered a refund in store. When I called customer service I was told that there was nothing they could do because only the storecan do refunds. It was a terrible experience. Read more
Subways is subways. I dont expect much from the food, now for service, my rating is a 2. Two people ahead of me and waited... more than 10mins for a sandwich. I've gotten service at work in Manhattan with 10 people and was serviced quicker. You be thejudge and try. I would assume people are here to eat from the Kalahari waterpark. Read more
Do not recommend!! They take an attitude with you if you order more then people present (so if two people walk in and you try to... order three sandwiches) a manager will get involved if you try to order anything that is not pictured like putting a sandwich ina bowl. Then to top off of this off they will put what ever they want in your sandwich. Things you didn't ask for and justrefuse to include the things you did ask for. All in all just go to Jersey Mike's it'll be cheaper anyways. Read more
Went here because I was craving a good ole? subway hoagie. Walked in and got my favorite spicy Italian hoagie and a medium Dr.... Pepper. Boy am I disappointed. My hoagie was decent, definitely not as good as the subway closer to my home. I drank all of myDr.Pepper, and had seen that the bottom of my plastic cup was full of bugs. Disgusting! I don't know what is going on with Subway lately but this one and the one in Broadheadsville are barely putting anything on... their sandwiches. Meat is pretty much nonexistent anymore and the veggies are hit or miss, you practically pay for the bun. Evenso I didn't order mine toasted and I'm pretty sure it wasn't but it was pretty flipping hard. Not worth the money spent thereanymore. Read more
