Ate lunch there today and was very happy with my experience. The service was extremley friendly and attentive without being... overbearing. The food came out rather quickly and was delicious. my only two minor complaints are that the rice/soondubu seemedto be missing salt. that could be a personal preference. I also felt like I spent too much for one person. I got the combo, onthe menu it said 26.99 and my bill said 28.99, I didnt mind, but after tax/tips etc. my bill was 38 dollars. For 1 person thatseems too much. value was a 4/5, service 5/5, and food 4/5. I will be back Read more

I love this place, and I've been coming here for the last 12+ years!! The staff is so sweet, and accommodating! I just wish I... remembered more Korean so I could be a better patron! My favorite is the vegetable dumpling soup, extra spicy. It's worthnoting the spice level is liable to vary a great deal from visit to visit. Read more

Absolutely delicious, one of the best Korean food I?ve had outside of Korea itself. Service was lacking a bit but the food... quality is so amazing it compensated for the service. The ?Nutritious Rice? is a must try! Read more

My favorite soon doo boo place in the burbs. Their kalbi is ok, the naengmyun is solid, and the side dishes are great. Always... enjoy the food here. Read more

This place was fantastic! I am a huge fan of Kimchi-jjigae and I was not disappointed with the flavor here. The interior is... bright and welcoming while the staff are friendly and very helpful. The service was extremely fast, we hardly had to wait forour food to be brought out. As is customary in Korean restaurants, you are provided with a variety of small side dishes. Thesewere quite good and what was surprising is that if they saw that you'd finish one of them, they brought out more. Something newfor me was being provided with a raw egg to pour into the boiling goodness of kimchi! As mentioned, it was really good. The onlything I wasn't satisfied with was the spice level. I ordered my dish with a higher spice level, but it really was not spicy atall. Read more

Surprising good tofu house! I would never have ventured out to this area if not for a friend's recommendation. After trying this... out, I will definitely come back, as the food are really awesome! When you see the Korean "auntie and uncles" here, you knowthis is the spot to have your Korean fix, as even the natives approve it! We ordered a mild tofu soup and it was exactly that, but still filled with flavors from the tofu and bean paste. It came boiling hot so you can add your raw eggs in. The beef ribswere absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and the sauce that came with it was fingerlicking yum! The Pa Jeon (scallionpancakes) batter were delicious and just fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I love the optionof having different color of rices, white, black, brown, or nutritious. The flavors, texture and nutritiousness of each aredifferent, and I love the the black rice is free upgrade! Brown would cost extra. Try it out. But obviously, white is the mostpopular as its stickiness, aroma and texture is the best to down with the beautiful Korean sauces. Service is quick and comeswith a smile. Only complain is extra rice costs $4! Other than this, I should be back soon! Read more
