I eat here 2-4x a week. Yesterday the so called "Manager" Said out loud in front of a lot of people. " You are wearing too much... cologne, its a lot". I wear creed aventus, 3 sprays. No one in my office thought it was lot or anywhere else. I was attacked byher. Then while leaving outside she walks up to me and says " You just have to be careful with how much you wear." I ordered a big pepe ham and cheese sandwich yesterday they charged me 8 dollars for the sandwich. I returned it for my money... back. On that sandwich they only gave me 3 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. So they are literally robbing the customers. Went to this location to redeem a free sandwich from my Tmobile app. I thought it would be easy but it was not and I was a hard... time trying to get the order to go through. So rather than trying to help the manager Told me that ?these are the hoops I haveto go through to get my sandwich and I am unable to help you? this is from the manager. Called to have food delivered to my husband. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I was even transferred to another person and... had to say my order all over again. What was the first guy doing the entire time I was talking??? I had to spell everything out,fine. I guess Golf rd is a hard one to spell. I ask that a different name be added for delivery and even called back to makesure they asked for Brian upon delivery. ? sure I?ll call the driver? in an annoyed time. ...because in the past the front desksaid no one worked thr by the name Jill and refused the order. My coworkers and i had an awful experience with a driver, like... a really bad experience! We called the store to make sure the... manager knew this is how customers were being treated. Jim, the store owner called us back promptly and apologized. You couldtell that he really meant it. He provided us with new sandwiches that day, and also offered to send us a catered order thefollowing week.
