I'm not one to leave reviews. I myself have worked in the food/restaurant industry for quite sometime so I am aware of how... stressful it can be. However if you can AVOID going to this specific location please do AT ALL COSTS. Let me tell you why, thisspecific panera is so bad my friends and I literally have inside jokes about it, because every time you go there, your orderwill be messed up. For example, I've had so many times where my order has been wrong, but today was by far the worst experience.For starters, I was in the drive through for 20 min, at first I brushed this off because I thought, they're probably just busy,however once I got to the window I noticed the parking lot was almost empty meaning there wasn't many people inside ordering,the workers were just being slow. Once at the window the girl repeated my order, I told her it was wrong, she nodded, repeatedthe correct order to me and left. Once I got my bag of food I double checked to see if I was given the correct order, and ofcourse, I was not. At this point I had waited for 25+ minutes in a drive through for a simple you pick two meal, so I left withthe wrong order, because I'm not trying to spend 45+ min in a drive through. Seriously, I'm not a "Karen", and I don't blame theyoung girl who messed up my order today, I blame the management. I honestly am concerned for the workers at this location,especially the younger ones. I don't believe they are being trained properly or looked out for, and honestly I'm baffled at howmany times an establishment can mess up something so simple. Love their soup and sandwich. Wanted to try something new so ordered the flatbread. Not my favorite, but I'm still giving the... place 5 stars because I know everything else is good. Also love their SIP CLUB deal! Read more
There was a young boy working today, July 3 at 10 am, taking my order and he was just the sweeties and most attentive. A... customer came in with a nasty attitude and I notice how calm the cashier was as I was losing my patience towards the customer.He treated me very kindly after that interaction with that hectic customer. Pleasant, not too crowded place. The service was very kind and polite, accepted the order and delivered the meal with a genuine... smile. Very tasty Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup for which I only paid $10.10. If it weren'tfor the fact that I'm here on a short vacation, I would love to visit this place again. Read more
The people working here are friendly folks however being friendly doesn't take away the importance of working with sanitary... necessities in mind. No one should be touching any of the food without a clean pair of gloves each transaction. If you touchthe register or counter then change those gloves. I kid you not, there was a lady who sneezed right into the open bakeryitems! Yuck! Can you imagine how often this must happen? Panera Bread needs to invest in enclosures, which would keep allbakery items away from sneezes, coughing and flies! Yes flies! Then a gentleman working their, came out of the kitchen areaand just grabbed a bakery item with his bare hands!! My husband and I witnessed all this in the three minutes we were theredeciding on what to get. We got coffee and went to another sandwich in this lot. 2 stars only for the sweet people that workhere.
