I ordered 3 pizzas 2.5 hours ago. I called after 2 hours and was told the pizza would arrive in 20 min. I called again after 30... min and asked to speak with the manager and got transferred to Matthew. I was told that ? door dash never picked up my order?even though I was told by a difference employee that my order was picked up and would arrive in 20 min. Obviously this made meupset and instead of solving the problem, Matthew decided that it was a good idea to tell me to calm down and that I would get arefund in 3-5 business days. Papa John?s pizza at this location tastes good. It is walkable from my place so we order pizza from here regularly.
