I have been a regular to this dunkin for around three years now. and i have never been so disrespected until a few days ago.... when ordering, i heard the woman taking my order complaining and being snarky. and when i pull around i was able to see her nameis ?zabreya?. she was being so rude towards me when ordering and at the window. i have worked in public service all my life andI know someone like her should not be working with people. i have been hearing that this isn?t the first time a customer hasfelt this way. dunkin please fix this issue Read more
Every time I ever try to go to this location, the doors are locked. There are no signs or indications of the lobby being closed... for takeout. The hours indicate it should be open, yet the incompetent workers think it's okay to lock out paying customers forno reason without notifying them. Because my car has broken windows (they don't open without getting stuck), I can't usedrive-thrus. So for two years this place has made it impossible for me to give them my business. I hope they close down or getnew management ASAP. Go to any other Dunkin location if you actually want to be served. Read more
Every couple years, I stop into a Dunkin and always leave disappointed. The food lacks all flavor and just tastes like grease. ... You are always better off finding a local deli that makes breakfast sandwhiches. Read more
This Dunkin was terrible. I had 3 different orders and all 3 were terrible. The donuts were so stale it felt like i was trying... to swallow a napkin. I get Dunkin everyday. This was a disgrace. Read more
I'm a major dunkin customer and I have to say, this is one of the worst dunkins I've ever been to as far as customer service is... concerned. The staff is incredibly unfriendly, especially the manager. Lobby isn't open at posted hours, only when they feellike opening it. The worst part about this dunkin ..... the drinks ALWAYS taste like water. For the past 6 or 7 months everytime I go to this location, everything tastes flavorless and watered down. These drinks cost way too much for this place to beslacking in customer service so much. I specifically go out of my way, every morning, to avoid this dunkin and stop at one wherethey treat me better. Read more
The cashier was friendly. We went on Thanksgiving morning at 1130am and it was slightly busy. We ordered munchkins, an oreo hot... chocolate and two bagel egg n cheese n bacon sandwiches. The sandwich was perfect and the hot chocolate tastes great. Inside isvery clean and kept nice. There is plenty of parking and a drivethru. Read more
Ordered: Blue berry muffin, apple fritter and 2 cups of M coffee. (Cream and 4 splenda) Got: Undercooked fritter. Half raw dough... inside. One coffee had all the splenda and none in the other. They got half the order wrong or half the order was right. Driveby this DD a few times a day. Will be going to Wawa from now on. Too many wrong orders, this is not the first time. Linda Read more
