Awful place! Paid $12 for two almond croissants that were old, stale and hard. Had to throw them away. The counter guy appeared... to be in a bad mood. Not even a chair to seat down and no tea. If you're in Mount Shasta, avoid this place like the plague! Read more

Best bread in Siskiyou County. The mixed grain sourdough is our favorite. The only downside is the bag seal tape.

We stopped at the The Oven Bakery during our Summer road trip from Tigard, OR through Northern California. We stayed in Mount... Shasta a couple of days to hike the amazing trails that are nearby. We found the eateries in Mount Shasta to be great overalland the Oven Bakery is no exception! My wife bought the almond croissant and it is phenomenal. It is so light and airy and hasan amazing flavor. We are big fans of almond desserts. Definitely give them a try. Read more
