My go to movie night pizza is the Mount Sinai Papa. Love the staff, very friendly, they even remembered my usual order! Pizza... always cooked the exact same, perfect way. Never had a complaint at this location yet. Read more
I received an incorrect item on my order. When i called to let them know, i was told the driver would come to swap out the item.... When the driver arrived he did not have the missing item but still took the incorrect one. When i called the store back i wastold that i should have them. I asked for a refund and was told that they would remake it and send a new one over. After finallygetting the manager to agree to refund the item, she told me it would just take a moment and then hung up the phone. When icalled back i was told that the person on the phone had to talk to the manager, however, when i asked to speak to the managermyself i was told they were the manager. Finally, the order got refunded but this was a terrible customer suicide experience. Read more
Papa John himself must own this particular location. The gentleman behind the counter works hard and is ALWAYS there! Sweet guy,... great pizza maker, and fantastic service through and through. A very good papa john's with very friendly and easy going employees. There "the works" pizza is very delicious but when they say... 20-25 minutes until your food is ready for pickup, just add an additional 10-20 minutes on top of that. It is a very slow andpoorly managed establishment. Read more
Ordered 2 pies at 1:10am. They got to me an hour later, except one of the pies was an order of cheesy bread. Called and manager... said I can give you ?store credit? for next time, I said no I?d like what I paid for. He said okay I?ll have one sent to you. Hecalls me back says it?s on it?s way, that was an hour and 15 minutes ago. So I?m still sitting here at 3:25 in the morningstarving with no pizza in sight, I knew the guy wouldn?t even come. I?ve never had such a horrible food experience in my life.Absolutely pathetic, and the store is only 9 mins from my house! Never eating here again and I advise you do the same! Read more
I prefer to pick up my food rather than have it delivered. The Staff is always super friendly and a pleasure to interact with.... The food is a 9 out of 10 only because of the way it is manufactured. Don't get me wrong, it does taste good. It's just that thepizzas are "soft and doughy" compared to a regular pizza place. The Chicken Poppers are something between a McDs nugget and aChicken Finger. The pies are VERY small. Papa John's Extra Large pie is still a little smaller than a standard Large pizzaanywhere else. Typically, two of their "Large" slices usually equal about 1 Large slice at a pizza restaurant. It is goodthough. Different, but good. Lastly, unless you order through the App or carryout at the store, the prices are grossly high.That goes for everything. Not just the pies. I use the App, I am a Papa Rewards Subscriber and I pick up my own food all to savemoney. I gave 3 stars because you do have to do a lot to be able to afford their prices and the food is just good enough toenjoy. I think I order from them about once every two months. That's because my youngest Daughter prefers Papa John's over aregular Large pie. Read more
