Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it was amazing! Very fast delivery at lunch time.

This Domino's was straight, I ended up doing an order online in the parking lot took like 10mins if that but afterwards my... pickup time was estimated at 15-24mins after I ordered. It ended up being faster than the estimated time, It took a little under13 mins for them to fix 2 medium pizzas ???? and a side order of bread. Extremely nice ppl that was working inside the store.They looked clean, also dude washed his hands before and after he took my order and helped me with it! I'll definitely orderhere again! Read more
supposedly they can't refund me so I ask her for the "district manager's name and number" only to be told she can't give that... out that "it's against the law"" yes you heard me correct she said it's against the law??? Now keep in mind I did good to bereally patient and nice all this time so when she starts acting like the CIA gaurding the president but I still was nice andlong story short as she continues chasing her tail telling more tales but starts to get it that not buying them she finallyjust hangs up on me!!! At t it's no longer about a $20 dollar pizza that I can not even eat but it's about the rude service andmore so from a manager who should be far better trained than this. Needless to say this household will never order from Domino'sagain nor will any of my family and if your smart and or tired of outrageous prices and nasty rude service you won't either.Does anyone know how I can find the number to the District Manager? Domino's has always been my favorite and we order often with no issues until today. A delivery girl named Shanda stole from my... garage and when I called to report the theft a boy told me he doesn't think she did that and was just so rude and nasty aboutit. I have always loved this Dominos location and use it as our primary ?go-to? for pizza. I order a pizza at least once per month... and have it delivered, in the winter months and during basketball season we find we order to be delivered once a week. Todayafter placing my order this evening and timing it to be home shortly after we arrived home. I received a notification that theorder was complete, delivery driver on his way. A few minutes later I receive a phone call stating that ?they do not deliver tomy house and as far as they go is Creech?s. Was I going to meet the delivery driver there or do they need to cancel the order.?I attempted to explain to the employee that they must be mistaken because they delivered to me every week for the last 5 weeksand have delivered here for the last 2 years that I have lived in our home. The caller (?manager Caleb?) got extremely shortwith me and cut me off mid sentence and stated he don?t care what was done in the past that if I couldn?t meet them at Creech?sthen he would cancel my order. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and I work in retail! Had he stated thatthey were short on delivery drivers or there was an extenuating circumstance that prevented them from delivering to my house Iwould have been more understanding.
