I stopped here for food while driving from St. Louis to Atlanta. The drive-thru service was unreasonably slow, although my order... was correct. Interstate travelers wanting something familiar and quick might try their luck at other restaurants on thisexit. Side note for management: I ordered two sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce. Your team gave me 11 sauce packets. I usedone. Good for me--it's nice to have a little cache--but it came at your expense. Read more
Time before last I tried to go, I was told the lobby was closed because they were short-handed. The drive-thru line was... extremely long & slow. I (& others) went somewhere else. Last week I gave them another chance. My beef n cheddar didn't haveenough sauce on it to taste. Usually, it's so much it's messy. My fries weren't hot & fresh either. I love Arby's, but thisone is very sub -par for awhile now. I don't plan to return to this one for a long while. As much as it costs now, definitelynot worth the disappointment. Read more
Disgusting. We usually love Arby?s but this was not okay and we?re not glad we stopped while on road trip. Classic beef all... chopped up and dry. Fries cold and coagulated. The food was okay. They left the lights off until it was completely dark outside, while we were dining in. It made it look like... they were closed. This location was out of a lot of things, like the sauce cups. They didn't offer us any sauces. The managerwas going on about having to leave to pick up furniture while eating curly fries while packing a drive-thru customer's food bag. Read more
Arby's has NO meats...lol Always out of roast beef of all things. Order 2 Reubens since they are put of roast beef....well they... must have been out of corned beef too cause the sandwiches barely had any meet. Basically got 2 sour kruat sandwiches. Read more

The fries were nice and hot. We went jn and got takeout. Friendly service, but she didn't notice I was still standing at the... counter needing something even though I was the only one standing there until she waited on two other people. Read more
