I was fired because of the dish washers bad attitude and instead of suspended the both of us I was fired. The managers are... great, but they act like they're scarred too fired the dish washer who's gotten into it with several others the servers behindkitchen I would say some are great workers and deserve a raise but i can pull out 8 of them who are rude and childish andinstigators that are 1 of the main reasons i got fired. Staff was friendly and food was good. Service did seem a little chaotic. Our To Go order was brought out before our actual... order, my medium rare steak was quite rare, and multiple times one server would bring drinks only for a second server to comearound the corner with drinks, look at us and turn around. Very disappointed in my experience. Food was cold. Complained to the waitress and watched the blonde manager yell at her and... blame it on the waitress completely. Continued to watch this same manager be a complete menace to every employee she interactedwith. Yelling, cussing, stomping around. I felt awful for the employees and left a good tip for the poor waitress despite theissues with the food. Will not be back unless there is a change in management. Read more

An educated guess would be that this location is short-staffed. Upon arrival, a wait time of 30 minutes was given by hostess.... Between 1/3 and 1/2 of the seating was empty. Several other grouos of 2-3 were given a time of 30-45 minutes. After about 20minutes a group of 8-10 came in and was seated immediately. We were seated after over 35 minutes. Service was good. Our waitress was very attentive. The skillet queso was delicious as well as my bacon ranch quesadilla.
Great visit here and I hadn't been to a Chiles since 2009. I came in and ordered the lunch Fajitas with all the extras. I also... ordered the chips and salsa. Service was top notch and food was great tasting and great value. It was the perfect amount andway to end my long day on the road. Read more
