This feels more like a step-Dunkin than a Dunkin. Faces I see are rotated regularly showing an inability to keep regular staff.... The staff is very friendly. But they seem lost? The donuts are hit and miss, sometimes looking tossed in the bag from across theroom. The drinks are good but not always right. I know it's a new place so it gets a small pass, but if they can't keep regularstaff, it will always act as a new place. Read more
I am a boosted Member who comes to the Mt. Vernon at least 4 days a week. I order an Iced Americano with an extra shot of... espresso every single time. I have became very well acquainted with The star employee named Mary. She is so bubbly and wellspoken as well as phenomenal at crafting an amazing drink. I genuinely look forward to visiting and seeing her friendly face.She is amazing at what she does for this establishment. I am also extremely pleased with the sweet teenager who always has cutenails with reddish hair. These are the only 2 employees who i feel can actually make a good drink. I have only had goodexperiences with these 2 ladies. Mary would be an amazing manager especially with her being so great with customer service,QUALITY, and her amazing personality. I give this establishment 5 stars based off of these 2 ladies. I look forward to visitingand as always a highlight of my day! Read more
Went to Dunkin? Donuts this morning to get a small breakfast sandwich and after a 15 minute wait and a wrong order first they... delivered my sandwich when I got home I tried to take a bite and chipped a tooth literally. One side was completely black andchard on a sourdough sandwich and couldn?t even bite through it. They served this on a five dollar sandwich today! They need tolearn quality control! Read more

Getting a Dunkin' in town has literally made my husband and I so happy. We have gotten consistently excellent coffee, food, and... donuts(pillow soft) from here since they opened. There was one time where they were really busy and forgot an order of hashbrowns and tomatoes on one of our bagels. Accidents happen. They actually went ahead and replaced the entire order, while wekept the food we already got. So nice about it. Everyone is always very friendly too. Do not work here! The manager has no time to explain anything to new hires, the nastiest attitude possible, constantly changing... schedule, and won't even make sure someone is there to let you in the door on your very first shift as a baker. You are supposedto get "three nights of training" that is not the case however your first day no one shows up...(can't even get inside) and byyour third day you are left by yourself expecting to be at full output dealing with the backlash from the "manager". She won'thelp you figure anything out with the scheduling app or paycheck information unless you go up their on your own time andhopefully she's not mad. The schedule for the next day will be changing after you have left to go home so make sure you have thescheduling app they won't help you setup. On your third "night of training" you will be left completely by yourself (scheduledtill 5, they won't let you leave till 7:30). The manager will have the heat cranked on so high you almost pass out forovernights but your not allowed to change it. "Manager" constantly criticizes your work but doesn't offer any input on how to doit better. Avoid this place like the plague, the manager Amanda A is running this place to the ground and half the crew has nofood handler safety license. Read more
We came the day they opened a couple hours later: it went smoothly but you could tell the donuts were rushed to be made, but... wasn?t bad tasting just didn?t look the best. Came again days later in the early am: tried to order some items off the all dayhires told wasn?t available, so ended up ordering donuts and a tea. Read more
This Dunkin needs 10 stars!!! Where I live, the dunkin Donuts have such bad reputations and are some of the worst breakfast... places but this one is absolutely worth stopping at. They had 2 drive through lines so our wait wasn't so bad even though theline was to the main road when we got there. The lady doing the orders was the most friendly person and helped with our crazyorder. At the window the lady made sure we had every little thing we ordered and we weren't missing a single thing! BestDunkin experience. I hope they are always like that. Read more
