I never write reviews but I feel like I need to! This place has never been less than amazing. This past month I have went three... times and everytime the food is hot and the curly fries are amazing as in ALWAYS FRESH and HOT! I?ve also been craving these dueto being 12 weeks pregnant but I must say honestly amazing and will be coming back!! Not sure how they are still in business. Given them 3 chances in the last month. Food was wrong every time. Don?t try the lobby... you will wait for 15-20 minutes before they will even say hello or otherwise acknowledge that you are there. Try the onedowntown it seems to be a little better. Read more
Long wait. But the food was hot and fresh.
Authors Note: This was written after COVID restrictions had been lifted. I typically find myself getting drive-through here... after normal business hours. This location offers 24 hour service but has implemented a new "double the cost policy" for latenight orders. So if you want food after 11 PM expect it to cost you an arm and a leg. Horrible place to stop. None of the employees were familiar with the menu so didn?t know how to ring them up. Should have walked... out then. Ordered taco salad and there was a piece of black plastic in the salad. They didn?t seem upset and just tried toidentify the foreign matter in the salad. Not a fork tine but much longer. They eventually took it back and they made a newsalad. The beef on the second salad was cold, as in straight out of the refrigerator. The real kicker was that a piece ofcardboard was on the top. Going to Hardee's with already low expectations we were still left disappointed and with a bag of inedible food. First we had to... wait for them to fix the orders of the last three people before us whom all had the wrong food given to them. Then unfriendlyservice. Followed by literal inedible food. Hash rounds not cooked, sausage patty was gray and disgusting, biscuit and cinnamonroll just tasted like gross dough... Couldn't even get enough icing to cover the dough! Read more
Tried to charge me $6 for a shake...no whip cream. It was only about 3/4 full. Well below the rim of the glass. They also tack... on $1 to every item when the purchase is made after 11pm. I demanded a refund and got it. I've spent my last $1 there. The foodis already overpriced. Read more
