EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EFFICIENCY. Our tour group of 45 rolled in after another group tour was wrapping up. The manager answered... the phone when I called to say we are arriving in 10 minutes and she let me know that another group was there. The renovationhas been kepy clean and is well maintained. Brava! Took my two kids to eat today. Ordered two chicken nugget happy meals and a chicken sandwich combo. Went to the play area... thinking they would bring me my food like normal. They weren't busy at all. Waited awhile and finally went to the counter. Myfood was just sitting there. Asked for ranch when I ordered which I didn't get so I went back to the counter. She handed me oneand I asked for another one. They are 4 and 5 and would have argued over one. She told me I would have to pay extra. Pay extra Iasked? I ordered two chicken nugget meals. I should have gotten two anyway. Ended up getting the ranch. Went to sit down and eatand food was cold. Just not a good experience at all. Read more
Ok, we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and got three, none of them were what we wanted. The amount on the screen and what we... were charged was not the same. When we finally got our correct sandwiches, after going in to get them, the sandwiches were okay,but the hash round had a hair in it and once I pulled it out I could feel another. So I spit out the hash round and tried not togag as we were going down the road. It was disgusting. Read more

This rating is for the fresh, pop music vibe of the new restaurant design. Clean lines, bright colors, and modern signage all... contribute to an upbeat atmosphere. You are greeted in the bright and clean lobby with large digital kiosks that allow you toorder by using a touchscreen with large, inviting images of the food. If dining in your order is delivered to the table, whichis unexpected. Even the drive through has had a redesign to enhance the efficiency. All franchises need to replicate this one. Read more

I came in on a Greyhound bus. I used the kiosk to order. My food was hot, fresh and correct. I waited a few mins for my food,... but no more than I'd expect. This crew did a great job. My fries were hot and fresh. If I came through this town again, I wouldmost definitely come back. Read more
