Terrible experience. Ordered over $60 of food and they forgot part of the order. When called to get it they refused to deliver... what was missing and instead wanted us to drive back up there to get it and let the rest of the food get cold while doing it.Offered to tip the driver if they brought it out and they still wouldn?t. Asked if we could bring back the old food to get itall fresh then so that we could have hot food and they still said no. Horrendous customer experience makes it easy to see whythey have fallen behind other pizza chains on the area financially. Read more
Went for lunch our waitress did a great job serving all the diners. Too bad you no longer have the lunch buffet but waitress... offered a different alternative. She deserves a raise. Not sure what she?s making but she deserves more. Read more
So, can you say false advertisement? They say on the menu they have a family pasta meal deal. Ordered it only to be told they... don't offer it anymore. Husband was mad because he literally only eats pasta at pizza hut. Will not be returning to thislocation. Read more
