The employee that took my order was very polite and was very thoughtful. He put extra napkins in my family pack plus gave me... more then enough taco sauce. Was great food was hot and fresh. Will go back to this one for sure ???????????? !!! Read more

Everytime I go up there at night there's always an excuse... There's no tomatoes, cheese or lettuce tonight and the last time I... came at night a lady claimed that the were only fixing soft and hard tacos. Had to order off kiosk...two employees working, I ordered 5 soft tacos and two drink and waited almost 20 minutes, meanwhile... they filled 7+ drive thru windows. Ordered 3 soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese. Oh, and a Baja Blast Freeze, but of course, that flavor was not working, which is... just unbelievable that that particular flavor is always broken at every location across the US. I am giving 2 stars because theemployee was friendly. But I paid $1.89/ea for the chips, and they literally smelled horrible and one bag only had a few crumbs!The amount of chips we got all together should have been one serving worth. We should have taken Jeff?s advice and gone acrosstown to 10th St, but their rating is only a 3.7. Just pitiful. Read more
Definitely was not satisfied at Taco Bell tonight got there and ordered my food at 5:18 I'm walking out about 6:20 and I still... never received my fries they messed up my quesadilla order twice and I have three kids who are starving and upset and wanted toget out of there and I paid for all of my food they never took it off my my bill nothing.
