Atmosphere typical for a new Taco Bell. Speed of service was fantastic!
I have been here for lunch about 5 times so far. I recommend using the app to preorder. Like every other Taco Bell I have been... to recently they don't seem to have counter people. Someone has to pull from the kitchen to take walk up orders if you don'tuse the app or kiosk. On the plus side here, they are well staffed. Management also seems to be on top of things. Believe the horrible reviews. This place is awful. Multiple times since they have opened they have been out of Mt. Dew AND... Pepsi. Those are only your 2 biggest drinks, how can you plan so poorly to always be out of them? Completely ridiculous. Not only that, but then I was told they couldn't cancel my app order when I told them I didn't want anything else to drink. Couldn't refund me for the drink. Couldn't cancel the order. It wouldn't allow me to cancel the order at that point on theapp. Ridiculous!!!! Read more
If only i could give a -10 star rating. It took forever to get to the window. When we got to the window, I?m assuming a manager,... was there handing out food. When we sipped our drinks, there was no flavor in them. She then tasted the drinks and told us wewere wrong. They taste like carbonated water. When we got the food, the cheese quesadilla had NO cheese in it. It was only atortilla. And the fiesta potatoes (that did NOT come with a fork) were almost impossible to chew. I?m not sure what they aresmoking but they need better management. Why put a Taco Bell here in mount vernon Indiana if nobody knows how to run a fast foodrestaurant. This is ridiculous!! Read more
Mt vernon Taco Bell was terrible. Got a cheese quesadilla and it was cheese unmelted and no sauce. Beef burrito with hardly... any meat on it. They had no lettuce, a Taco place with no lettuce. Read more
Nice little spot to see not a soul n site yet the colors are as of Vegas all smles 10am to 12am or later c.d.t.
The owner of this store must not be too bright. There is truck parking across the street from this restaurant and they refuse to... open the lobby until 10AM. (Breakfast would only be served for an hour) I personally asked a car to get me one of theirBreakfast burritos with sausage and bacon. It came with a tortilla that only had sausage and bacon. It didn't have any eggs,cheese or anything else that a NORMAL burrito would have. I looked at this place online and they are not even hiring. (Fullystaffed). All I can say is hopefully the owner of this establishment sells it to someone smarter and with more sense. Read more
This place don?t deserve one star. I?ve only been twice. An the first time I ordered a Cheesy gordita an it was undercooked,... Stale an when I called the lady swore cheese don?t melt when hot. An when I asked for her name she told me it was Somebody.That?s right her name is somebody. Just stoped by an go a breakfast quesadilla it was cold still an cheese wasn?t melted again.Ur business will not stay opened long when customers are not happy and workers don?t have a good attitude about their workplacean not friendly.
