I ordered 2 lg stuffed crust pizzas. 1 was a supereme and 1 pepperoni. I paid 15.00 for it and 20.00 for the supereme and to top... it off Why in heck did I have to pay 1.75 for the pepperoni when it's their main pizza. I'll be going to Dominos Pizza from nowon. Read more
We ordered triple treat box and one pizza only had toppings on half the pizza. Wow and they were not busy enough to say they had... to rush it. Wont be going back any time soon. Read more
Honestly I was very pleased, I usually order Dominoes but pizza hut was what was in town. After other reviews I was a bit... apprehensive but a local recommended this location, and I gave it a shot. Friendly, professional, on time, and delicious. I wasvery pleased with my delivery order from this location. Ordered 2 pizzas and both were cooked perfectly and delivered right ontime despite their busy day for Veterans Day. Adam the delivery driver was prompt and friendly, and Amber was professional andcourteous in taking my order. Will definitely consider ordering here again. Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas on Saturday evening 6/26/21. On the order I put 'extra sauce'. In the added instructions box I wrote... '+extra+ sauce'. Drove 30 mins there and 30 mins back to get it. When we got home neither pizza had ANY sauce at all. Worriedabout potential food tampering, we did not eat it, so we just lost our money, time, and gasoline. Will never order from thatlocation again. Horrible experience. I stayed at a hotel in Mt. Vernon while traveling. Ordered from this pizza hut, I received a pizza that was... so burnt on 1 side it was black. When I called to let the manager know, he acted like it was no big deal. He didn't offer anysolutions like a new pizza delivered or money back, nothing until I said I needed a new pizza. Currently waiting on that new notburnt pizza 45 mins later. After calling again, the only thing that was said by the manager is we are busy & working on it. Noapologies, nothing. Who knows if we will even get the pizza or not. Would give zero stars if possible Read more
