They are slow and rarely get your order correct. You can eat at better sit down restaurants for the same price. We paid over $42... for 4 regular hot dogs, 1 chicken sandwich, tots/onion rings and drinks. Then the order was not right. Read more
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. A small mozzarella stick and 2 medium drinks. Paid $27 plus a $2 tip and had 2 regular... cheeseburgers when i got home. I won't be going back. Read more
Order was quick, reasonably priced, correct and hot. Friendly staff. Two years later since last post and 16 month's (give or... take) into this horrible pandemic, restaurant's especially fast food joints, would've concentrated on fixing those things thathaven't worked well for a variety of reasons. Even studying places that provide phenomenal service. Chick-Fil A, BASS PRO comesto mind. How a place is received by outdoor appearances even. SONIC in Mt. Vernon MO needs some major sprucing up. I'm a firmbeliever if your outside doesn't look good and or inviting, chances are that reflects back on the operations on inside too. Thecurb appeal here looks less than average at best. Yeah, SONIC has done remodels and those last as long as the new does. Oncethat wears off, then the "I don't care" mentality sets in. Even a few times there's been inoperable screens at this local. Ofcourse one doesn't know that until you pull in the bay. And, they're not marked as such either. It's those little things thatmount. Again, the pandemic has affected everybody. But, during those down times is when you don't reinvent the wheel, you makeit better. Chick-Fil A and BASS PRO runs a genius operation. It'd be wise to see how they do it and make it yours. April 22,2022: Nothing has changed regarding the appearance to this place. There continues to be times when the order screen isinoperable. Therefore causing customers to pull out of a bay in search of finding another empty bay with an operational screen.Does it happen a lot? Dunno. I know from my experience the half a dozen or so times I've been since last post, half of those Ifound screens not working. My orders were accurate and hot. Sonic is a drive in. Eat in the car. But the service is fast, and the food was really good. We had #1 burgers... the onion... rings were wonderful, as good as any I have had, you can't beat a diet cherry Coke, and the motzerella sticks were great too,served with a tadty marinara sauce in a little plastic tub. If i had a complaint it would be they don't offer refills on drinksso order a route 44 if you are thirsty, and they scimp on the napkins. Read more
They couldn?t hear through the speaker so they sent someone out to take the order she wrote down the order we ordered a #3 & #6... they charged individual for the items and didn?t bring the sides then got snotty about the transaction and said whe should haveordered a side. The combos come with drinks and a side which we ordered and she repeated back to us. Will never stop at thissonic again living in the local area. Read more
Ordered a blast last week and got a cup full of vanilla shake with a couple toppings on top. Same thing today. Ordered a cookie... dough blast today and it?s really same thing. A cup full of vanilla shake and just a small scoop of toppings. Definitely not ablast, more of just a vanilla shake. I will have to start going to the aurora sonic from now on. Read more
