This is probably the first time I have had a bad meal at a Bob Evans. All of our food was cold and hard! Absolutely... disgusting... Quite literally the best steak I?ve ever had!! I?ve been to the fancy places, nothing hits quite like Bob Evans!! My BEAUTIFUL... girlfriend and I decided to come get some mid-day dinner, boy am I happy I did! She cut my steak up for me and I dove right in!Muah!!!! Delicious!! I don't feel that anything was stand out service or flavor. I didn't like the coffee because it wasn't like the coffee I make at... home. The food was okay, standard breakfast of eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. Flavor was on the bland side. Server was friendlyand was great at making our table had refills in a timely manner. Read more
Worst service! Came in for my bday dinner with my spouse. Was told it?d be a 20 minute wait and ended up waiting 30 minutes if... not longer and then I asked what the wait time would be again and got seated right away! There were several empty tables. Thewaitress and other workers complained about two other employees leaving without helping the entire time! The waitress seemedvery frustrated and made us feel like a burden to wait on. We didn?t really get served much and when we did she didn?t seemhappy about it. Our food was not great and some of it we didn?t eat because it smelled and looked awful. We heard someone in theback say the food was cold so pop it back in the microwave!!! Not what we wanted to hear! At check out the manager didn?t evenask us how our food was and just checked us out and sent us on our way. Definitely not wasting my time here ever again. Read more
Sometimes service could be better but such is life nowadays. The employees are kind and competent though. The prices are still... great. The food is very good. I think overall averaged over many visits it?s a great value and and a very good restaurant. Read more
I always can count on Bob Evans to deliver a wonderful meal and great service. I love the country fried steak so much but this... time I had the Cobb Salad and Cheesy Potato soup. Was excellent. The restrooms were clean. The waiting area was clean andcomfortable. The wait for a table was about 3 minutes. The waitress was delightful. Read more
