Don't know what's going on with the evening shift.. But they ALL need retrained in service/ keeping fresh food... available/manner's/ understanding what the customer is ordering. On 10-13-22 at 5:30 my son went down to get a hot spicy chickensandwich.. first they didn't have the chicken.. And the it was they didn't have the spicy sauce... Retrain YOUR people!! Read more
I gave up on KFC years ago. I drove in late one night and gave it a try. This place knocked it out of the park ! Now I'm old... fashioned, so I buy chicken not sandwiches and bowls. I have been back 3 trimes and it's still the best chicken I've had in along time. Read more

My husband went on 7/19/2022 to get me to famous bowels. will they sucked. Will first it wasn't a famous bowel. All that was in... mine was Mac and cheese and hard Pop corn chicken. Employees were great, but the price of chicken is ridiculous. My brother who lives in Kentucky said he bought an eight piece... bucket and two sides, $28 and change !!!!!!. Quality fast food experience. Don't think this location has ever got an order wrong (and I have been here many times), foods... always of the highest quality, and the service is always friendly and fast, rather inside or drive thru. Inside is very clean,spacious, and an enjoyable eat in experience for fast food - which, I almost never do, but would here. All in all, one of thebest KFC locations and a great choice if quality Fast Food is what you're seeking in Mount Vernon. Edit (1/12/20) : Drive Thruis currently all that's open due to Covid19. Everything above still remains true, though, drive thru is a bit slower being allcustomers are now drive thru. Still, all things considering, fast and efficient with great food. Read more
