Hands down, worst "restaurant" I've ever been to in life. Every now and then I'll give then another shot and it's always garbage... service or simply no pizzas. The only way it could get worse is if the only employed quadriplegics AND shut the power off... Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. My sister was even in tears when she saw how messed up her pizza was. This pizza had no... sauce, barely any cheese. The crust was pressed paper thin and was burnt around the edges. This "pizza" looked like it wasthrown into the box with handfuls of pepperoni tossed in. That's just one of the pizzas we got. There were also two stuffedcrust pizzas. One had no sauce but had extra cheese as if that would hide the fact there was no sauce. The other, I receivedincorrect toppings and was received as a thin crust pizza. On top of all this, we waited almost an hour for this order! This was suppose to be the new fancy pepperoni.....um...crust thicker then deep dish in spots and was like slimy paper in the... center. I tried to call and was put on hold for 25mins. Called back. No answer at all. They were not busy and everything wasempty when I went in. Stood at the counter for 10 mins no one greeted. Just ignored me. It was such a weird and grossexperience. Had to share. This experience turned out to be a bit disappointing. The pizza is cold and buy the looks and taste of the crust I have a... feeling a hot and ready pizza was pulled out, extra cheese added to it and sent to me. The positive is the flavor is still good,definitely better than one of the competitors on the other end of town I had recently. Theirs was so bad they offered me storecredit and I refused it. The girl working the front counter needs to check her attitude and leave it at the door. She was slamming pizzas down at the... customers, rolling her eyes, and genuinely rude to everyone. When I asked how long on crazy bread. She replied with "it'll be ahot minute". Very very unprofessional. A customer service class would do her alot of good! Read more
This place is never prepared, you can wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes and they don't have pizza or breadsticks ready. Once... again this was my experience tonight and after wasting time, I leave empty-handed. It's a shame because in recent years, we feelthat Little Caesars has upped their game, and enjoy the food very much. But we have definitely curtailed our visits because halfthe time we don't even get any food when we try to order anyway. It's a pizza place with a handful of options of pizzas andbreads. Used to drive through here years ago and pick up a snack for my kids before baseball/softball games. I decided to try it out... again recently and was very disappointed!
